🧘♀️ Day 1: Cleansing & Preparation
The first day is dedicated to deep purification of the body.
• Cleansing procedures are carried out (according to individual abilities and experience)
• Yoga and breathing exercises are practiced to activate the body’s natural detox processes
• The main food for the day is 'kitchari'
• Intake of warm herbal teas for hydration and toxin elimination
Kitchari is a traditional Indian dish made from mung beans and clarified butter (ghee), which supports digestion and cleansing
🥕 Day 2: Nourishment & Balance
The body gradually begins to be nourished with lighter and cleaner foods.
• Continued consumption of kitchari
• Gradual introduction of steamed vegetables
• Addition of fresh fruits in moderate amounts
• Intake of herbal teas and light herbal soups
• Light physical activity – yoga and walks in nature
🌄 Day 3: Connection with Nature & Rejuvenation
The focus is on recovery, energy, and balance.
• Gathering herbs from the mountains
• Preparing homemade herbal teas and soups from the collected plants
• Eating light, clean, plant-based food
• Practices for relaxation, breathing, and mindfulness
• Time for rest and inner renewal

This is available for an extra 200e per person for a 3 day program
