The majority of the ingredients will be from the fields surrounding the houses

A meals tuition will cost 50e + ingredients

This will include sourcing the ingredients & cooking together

DETOX in Harmony with Nature

🧘‍♀️ Day 1: Cleansing & Preparation
         The first day is dedicated to deep purification of the body.
          •⁠ ⁠Cleansing procedures are carried out (according to individual abilities and experience)
          •⁠ ⁠Yoga and breathing exercises are practiced to activate the body’s natural detox processes
          •⁠ ⁠The main food for the day is 'kitchari'                         
          •⁠ ⁠Intake of warm herbal teas for hydration and toxin elimination

Kitchari is a traditional Indian dish made from mung beans and clarified butter (ghee), which supports digestion and cleansing

🥕 Day 2: Nourishment & Balance
        The body gradually begins to be nourished with lighter and cleaner foods.
         •⁠ ⁠Continued consumption of kitchari
         •⁠ ⁠Gradual introduction of steamed vegetables
         •⁠ ⁠Addition of fresh fruits in moderate amounts
         •⁠ ⁠Intake of herbal teas and light herbal soups
         •⁠ ⁠Light physical activity – yoga and walks in nature

🌄 Day 3: Connection with Nature & Rejuvenation
         The focus is on recovery, energy, and balance.
           •⁠ ⁠Gathering herbs from the mountains
           •⁠ ⁠Preparing homemade herbal teas and soups from the collected plants
           •⁠ ⁠Eating light, clean, plant-based food
           •⁠ ⁠Practices for relaxation, breathing, and mindfulness
           •⁠ ⁠Time for rest and inner renewal

This is available for an extra 200e per person for a 3 day program

... this includes one yoga & meditation session per day

All fluids during detox, plus a very precise re-feed at the end.

Bone Broth (or equivalent for Vegans) made from Grass Fed local bones or plants

After this Collagen combination re-lines the stomach - we move on to Bulgarian form of Kimchi

After this starts the Flora & Fauna regrowth - we then have some fresh local grown vegatbles
